The property is located in Vaitele,  Fatu Street 10-15 mins from downtown Apia and 5 minute walk to the new Greenridge Hotel.

The property sits on half 1/2 acre of fully fenced serene and tropical surroundings. Beautiful palm trees in front of the house are just one of the features of the abundant natural surroundings that are found on this property. The house is surrounded by decking with both bedrooms, dining room and lounge having open door access to the deck. Ceramic tiles through out the entire house, aluminium doors, screened glass louver windows with cocoa wire strung across window openings. Separate dining and kitchen area with spacious lounge. High ceiling than normal combined with open door and windows from all rooms of the house to the deck gives great air ventilation throughout. New tenant will have the power account changed to their name, account for payment of water rates, organise own telephone connection which isn't a problem as there are phone lines connected up already,payment of weekly rent and to maintain the lawns and surroundings. 

The house is partly furnished however the tenant would need to furnish the entire house as they please.

The weekly rent is in samoa tala, I would require 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond in advance. Will negotiate rent for long term tenants who will enjoy and care for the property as if it was their own.
